摘要
为解决煤层气羽状水平井井眼净化、井壁稳定和储层保护之间的矛盾,研制出可生物降解的钻井液技术。该钻井液为无固相聚合物钻井液体系,具有较高的动塑比和低剪切速率黏度,能很好地稳定井壁和保持井眼清洁。优选出能够降解无固相聚合物钻井液的生物酶,测试结果表明:该生物酶在0.01%加量、1h能有效降解钻井液,较适宜的降解环境为:pH=5.5~7.0,温度20~50℃,氯化钠和氯化钾对生物酶降解效果影响较小。
To solve the contradictions among hole cleaning,wellbore stability and reservoir protection of pinnate horizontal well drilling for the coalbed methane,the technique of biodegradable drilling fluid was developed.The solid-free polymer drilling fluid has the properties of high YP/PV ratio and low shear rate viscosity,which are beneficial to keep borehole stability and hole cleaning.The enzyme can degrade the polymer drilling fluid effectively was optimized.The test results show that the enzyme can degrade drilling fluid in one hour with the dosage of 0.01%,and the appropriate degradation environment:pH=5.5~7.0,the temperature is 20~50 ℃.Sodium chloride and potassium chloride have little effect on the degradation of enzyme.
