摘要
目的制备厄贝沙坦分散片。方法以崩解时间为指标,采用正交设计试验,对厄贝沙坦分散片处方进行筛选。结果制备厄贝沙坦分散片的较优处方为:7.5%交联聚维酮作崩解剂,15%乳糖作为填充剂,2%聚维酮+50%乙醇溶液作为粘合剂。结论制备的厄贝沙坦分散片处方合理,产品稳定。
Aim To prepare the irbesartan dispersible tablet.Methods The orthogonal design test was used to sieve the prescription of irbesartan dispersible tablet according to disintegration time.Results The best prescription of irbesartan dispersible tablet is as follows：the disintegrant is 7.5% polyvinylpolypyrrolidone,with 15% lactose as bulking agent,and 2% polyvidone and 50% alcohol as agglomerant.Conclusion The prescription of irbesartan dispersible tablet is reasonable and the product is stable.
