摘要
为克服传统切花保鲜剂对环境的污染,研究了不同无银保鲜剂(保鲜剂1:2%S+170mg/L青霉素+150mL CA+45mg/L A l2(SO4)3+200mg/L Ca(NO3)2;保鲜剂2:2%S+200mg/L 8-HQ+150mLCA+1mmol/L STS)对百合切花的保鲜效果。结果表明:2种保鲜剂均能不同程度增加切花鲜重和花径,改善体内水分状况,延缓质膜和叶绿素的降解,提高POD活性,延长瓶插寿命。通过综合分析,保鲜剂1对环境无污染,价格低廉,保鲜效果较好。
Two preservatives without silver of 2% S+170mg/L penicilin +150mL CA +45mg/L Al2(SO4)3+200mg/L Ca(NO3)2 and 2% S+200mg/L 8-HQ+150mL CA+1mmol/L STS were tested to study the fresh-keeping effect on Lilium longiflorum cut flowers for eliminating environmental pollution caused by traditional preservatives.The results showed that both of the two preservatives could increase fresh weight and flower diameter in varying degrees,improve water balance,delay degradation of plasma membrane and chlorophyll,raise POD activity and prolong vase-holding life.The comprehensive analysis indicates that 2% S+170mg/L penicilin +150mL CA +45mg/L Al2(SO4)3+200mg/L Ca(NO3)2 preservative has the advantages of non-pollution,lower price and good fresh-keeping effect.
