摘要
金字塔底层(BOP)战略认为占世界人口2/3的低收入群体内蕴含着巨大的商业潜力,企业以该群体为目标市场进行探索与开发不仅可以获得足够的经济回报,同时还能以提高低收入群体的生活质量或生产能力等方式达到缓解甚至消除贫困的效果,创造出经济与社会的双重价值。本文首先分析了低收入群体市场的参与者角色、基础设施与制度环境特质,进而从市场、价值链、制度、文化与组织五个方面详细阐述面向低收入群体市场的创新类型与影响因素,力图改变对低收入群体的传统观点,为企业在低收入群体市场的创新提供参考与借鉴。
Bottom of the Pyramid(BOP) strategy indicates that there is great business potential embodied in the low-income group which account for two thirds of the world population.By exploring and exploiting the low-income market,companies can not only earn enough economic returns,and can alleviate or even eradicate poverty through improving the quality of life or productivity of the poor,creating both economic and social value.The paper first summarizes the key roles and economic and institutional characteristics of low-income market and then analyses in detail the different innovation types and their influential factors from the perspectives of market,value chain,institution,culture and organizational change,trying to transform the traditional views towards to low-income groups and provide reference for business innovation in the in the market.
