单边膨胀喷管红外辐射特性的数值模拟 被引量:20

Numerical Simulation on Infrared Radiation Characteristics of Single Expansion Ramp Nozzles

摘要 通过计算流体力学/红外辐射(CFD/IR)数值模拟的方法,研究了单边膨胀喷管(SERN)膨胀边开缝、膨胀边倾斜角度和喷管收敛通道面积比这3个结构参数对单边膨胀喷管气动性能和红外辐射特性的影响规律。模拟结果表明:单膨胀边上开缝后,红外辐射强度有较为显著的下降,气动性能也得到改善;其中,xOz坐标平面尾焰红外辐射强度峰值下降26.4%,yOz坐标平面尾焰红外辐射强度峰值下降25.2%,单膨胀边壁面平均温度从643K下降到335K左右;单膨胀边倾斜角度增大,使得喷管推力矢量角增大,轴向推力系数减小,对高温内壁面和喷管尾焰的遮挡效果减弱;收敛通道面积比的增大使喷管红外辐射强度降低的同时,也使喷管的推力相应减小。 Based on computational fluid dynamics/infrared radiation (CFD/IR) numerical simulation method,this article reveals the influence of different structures on the pneumatic and infrared radiation characteristics of a single expansion ramp nozzle (SERN),including gaps on the ramp,angle of the ramp and area ratio of the nozzle.The results show that infrared radiation intensity is decreased obviously and the pneumatic performance is also improved when a series of gaps are made on the ramp.The peak value of plume infrared radiation intensity is decreased by 25.2% at the coordinates of the yOz plane and 26.4% at the coordinates of the xOz plane,and the average temperature of the ramp is decreased from 643 K to about 335 K.With the increase of the ramp angle,the thrust-vector angle is enlarged and the axial thrust ratio is decreased,and the shelter effect of the ramp on the inner-wall and plume is weakened.With an increase of the area ratio,the infrared radiation intensity is decreased,while at the same time the thrust of the SERN is also decreased.
