摘要
目的探讨左归丸对黄体功能不健所致不孕症的治疗作用及机制。方法将60例黄体功能不健性不孕症患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组予左归丸,对照组予六味地黄颗粒。观察2组治疗后中医证候改善情况,子宫内膜活检情况,血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平,基础体温以及妊娠率。结果治疗组妊娠12例(40%),对照组妊娠5例(17%),治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组中医证候改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组血清P水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清E2水平虽较治疗前有所降低,但均无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。结论左归丸通过舒肝补肾法能升高P水平,健全黄体功能,提高子宫内膜表达,从而影响子宫内膜容受性治疗不孕症。
Objective It is to approach the therapeutic action and mechanism of Zuogui pill infertility induced by luteal function deficiency.Methods 60 infertility patients induced by luteal function deficiency were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases were in treatment group and treated with Zuogui pill.The other 30 cases were in control group and treated with Liuwei Dihuang granule.The improvement information of TCM symptoms,Endometrial biopsy,the serum levels of estradiol（E2） and progestone（P）,basal body temperature（BBT） and the pregnancy rate in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,12 cases were pregnant in treatment group（40%）,5 cases were pregnant in control group（17%）,and there was significant difference（P 0.05）.The improvement degree of TCM symptoms in treatment group was better than that in control group（P 0.05）.The serum level of P in treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group（P 0.05）.The serum levels of E2 in both groups were lower than that before treatment,but both without significant difference（both P 0.05）.Conclusion Zuogui pill can increase serum progestone,improve luteal function and treat infertility through the endometrial receptivity.
