摘要
                
                    采用工业化生产技术,以纳米钨粉和炭黑为原料,在1 050℃低温条件下快速碳化15 min制备了纳米WC粉体,通过XRD、EDS、SEM和FESEM等方法分析了纳米WC粉体的物相、成分、形貌和粒径。结果表明:制备的纳米WC粉体的纯度较高,仅含有少量的W_2C和游离碳等杂质;粉体颗粒均匀,呈球形、板状及多角形,平均粒径为68.9 nm。
                
                Nano-WC powders were prepared through fast carbonization for 15 min at 1 050℃using nanotungsten powders and carbon black as raw materials by industrial production technology.The phase,composition, morphology and particle size of nano-WC powders were analyzed by means of XRD,EDS,SEM and FESEM.The results show that the purity of the nano-WC powders was very high.The powders had a small amount of W_2C and free carbon.The particles uniformly distributed,which were spherical,plate and polygonal.And the average particle size was 68.9 nm.
