摘要
形成性评价又称过程评价,是对学生日常学习过程中的表现、所取得的成绩及对学习表现出来的情感、态度、策略等方面的发展做出的评价。英语专业写作课的教学现状及学生的写作学习现状反映出了传统的终结性评价的弊端。将形成性评价引入英语专业写作课有利于学生英语写作知识和能力的全面提高。
Formative assessment, also known as process evolution, is the assessment made for assessing the students’ performance, achievements and such development as emotions, attitudes, and strategies demonstrated in the daily learning process. The present situation of English writing teaching and the students’ English writing learning reflect the major flaws of the traditional summative assessment. Introducing formative assessment in English majors’ writing classes will help to improve the students’ English writing competence.
