摘要
在大学转型与加强学科建设的新形势下,通过建设专业实习基地,培养面向社会、面向地方经济发展的应用研究型人才是高校教育改革的一项重要尝试。本文以广外区域经济学专业实习基地建设为例,探讨专业实习基地的人才培养模式与培养目标,提出专业实习基地的运作与实践环节控制机制,并结合学生的实习体会提出完善专业实习基地建设的建议。
Under the new situation that the curriculum is being transformed and improved in the university, it is an important attempt to build a professional practice base and reform the training mode in order to cultivate practical and scholastic talents, who cater better to the social needs and local economic development. Based on the practice in our university, this pa- per discusses the training mode and objects, and proposes some techniques and methods for the operation of professional practice base. Moreover, in light of the student＇s experience, the author sets forth some advice about perfecting the construction of such practice bases.
