摘要 站场的区域阴极保护由于被保护体多、分布复杂、电流需求量大、边界条件复杂,其设计和实施存在较大难度。文章介绍了达坂城中间热泵站区域阴极保护的设计思路、方式选择和实施过程,并对实施后的阴极保护系统参数进行了现场测试。测试结果表明,对于已建采用接地模块作为接地的站场,接地模块虽然泄漏一定量的阴极保护电流,但可以通过增加阳极系统的数量进行抵消,不必进行拆除。此外,采用边设计、边施工、边测量、边调整的做法,既可以有效控制工程费用,又可达到很好的保护效果。 The design and implementation of cathodic protection in oil gathering station zone are difficult because many devices and equipment need to be protected and their allocation is complex,current required is strong and boundary conditions are complicated.In this paper,the design thoughts,mode selection and implementation procedure of cathodic protection for the intermediate heat pumping station zone in Daban City are described.The field detection of the cathodic protection parameters is carried out,which indicates that for the station already using grounding module,a certain amount of cathodic protection current may leak out from the grounding module,but it can be compensated by increasing the quantity of anode system without needing dismantlement of grounding module.Besides,adopting the associated working method of design,construction,measuring and adjustment is able to not only control engineering costs,but also obtain good protection effects.
