高频焊接螺旋翅片管的顶锻力控制系统的设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对高频焊接螺旋翅片管过程中顶锻力不稳定、变化范围大、压带轮磨损严重等问题,提出一种变结构模糊控制方案,根据不同的工况采用参数和控制规则不同的模糊控制器。该文对控制系统的结构、工作原理及系统实现等进行了分析,仿真试验和实际应用表明,把模糊控制应用于顶锻力的调节是可行的,控制效果良好,缩短了调试时间,大大减少了压带轮的磨损。 According to the problem in welding process of the high frequency weld spire fin-tube that the fluid pressure is unstable,the variety range is big and the press wheel is badly worn,a variable structure fuzzy control scheme is introduced.The system adopts fuzzy controllers with different parameter and control rule under different states.The paper analyses the structure,principle and realization of the control system.The simulation and actual operating result show that this scheme is feasible,the control effect is good,the debug time is shortened and the abrasion of press device is reduced.
