摘要
以AlCl3、FeSO4和双氧水为主要原料,有效制备不同特性的聚合双酸铝铁(PFASC)絮凝剂。将此絮凝剂应用于不同种类和浓度的废水,探讨PFASC净化效果,并分析其机理。结果表明,PFASC对生活污水、微污染水和焦化废水的混凝效果都优于市售AS和PAC,且出水残留铝浓度较低;焦化废水处理后水质达到国家城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)一级A标准。
With AlCl3, FeSO4 and H2O2 as the main raw material, the preparation process of polymerferric aluminum sulfate chloride(PFASC) was investigated. The product was adopted to treat several wastewaters with different properties, to study its purification performance and coagulation mechanism. The results show that: PFASC has bettercoagulation efficiency and lowerresidual aluminum content than the merchant AS and PAC; To the domestic sewage, the treated water can meet category A, Class 1 standard of "discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant"(GB 18918-2002), which can be reused.
