摘要
以热带入侵杂草水葫芦为供体植物,通过测定其水浸液对热带地区4种常见植物的种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,探索水葫芦对其它植物的生物活性。试验结果表明,在供试浓度范围内,水葫芦水浸液能抑制萝卜、白菜和苋菜这3种受体植物种子的萌发,且抑制效果随供试浓度增大而逐渐增强。而水浸液对这3种受体植物幼苗的生长,又具有比较明显的促进作用,且随供试浓度增大,促进作用逐渐增强,但在超过一定浓度后,促进效果开始减弱。
The tropical invasion weed Eichhornia crassipes was used as the donor plant to determine the influence of its aqueous extracts on the seed germination and the seedling growth of four kinds of common plants which grow in the tropical areas, and explore the biological activity of Eichhornia crassipes on other plants. The test result indicated that in supply concentrations, the aqueous extracts from Eichhornia crassipes inhibited the seed germination of Raphanus sativus, Brassica pekinensis and A maranthus mangostanus L., and the effect increased with concentrations. However, the aqueous extracts obviously promoted seedlings' growth of the three receptor plants, and the effect increased with concentrations, but exceeding certain concentration, the promotion effect starts to reduce.
