摘要
＂治未病＂思想始见于《内经》,继《内经》之后,张仲景积极发展了＂治未病＂理论.其后孙思邈、朱丹溪、曹庭栋、叶天士等学者对＂治未病＂思想均有深刻认识,为不断丰富和发展＂治未病＂理论作出了重要贡献.经过历代医家的不断充实和完善,＂治未病＂思想逐步形成了具有深刻内涵的理论体系,并产生了独具特色、丰富多样的技术方法.这一体系把握了预防保健的三个主要层次,也可以说＂治未病＂思想与医学的三级预防理论是相通的.＂未病先防＂着眼于位于绸缪、保向长全,相当于三级预防中的一级预防,是＂治未病＂的第一要义：＂既病防变＂着力于料在机先、阻截传变,防止疾病进一步发展,相当于二级及三级预防;＂瘥后防复＂立足于扶助正气、强身健体,防止疾病复发,相当于三级预防,核心落实防字上,充分体现了＂预防为主＂的思想.重在指导人们做到防患于未然,＂消未起之祸,治未病之疚,医之于无事之前,不追于既逝之后＂.

This system has grasped the prevention health care three main levels, also may say ＂governs has not gotten sick＂ the thought and the medtcine three level of prevention theory is interlinked. ＂has not gotten sick guards against first＂ focuses in being located emotionally entwined,guarantees long to entire,is equal in three Ievels of preventions the level prevention,is ＂governs has not gotten sick＂ first essential meaning：＂Already sickness guards against changes＂ exerts oneself Yu Liao in the embryonic period, the obstruction biography changes,prevented disease further develops,is e qual to two levels of and three level of preventions;＂The disease rear guard duplicate＂ bases in assists the healthy tendency, builds up strength the healthy body, prevented disease recrudescence, is equal to three levels of preventions,the core realization guards against on the character, has manifested ＂the prevention fully primarily＂ thought.
