摘要
目的探讨TVT-O治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床疗效。方法对23例临床检查诊断为SUI的患者进行TVT-O治疗。结果手术时间15～40min,平均25min,术中出血20～40ml,术后第2天拔除导尿管后尿失禁消失22例,1例增加腹压时偶有尿液溢出,随访无一例复发。结论 TVT-O治疗SUI方法简单、操作安全、创伤小、合并症少、疗效肯定,是一种理想治疗方法。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of TVT-O treatment of female stress urinary incontinence（SUI）.Methods Clinical examination of 23 cases of patients diagnosed with SUI TVT-O treatment.Results Operation time 15 ~ 40min,while the average time with 25min,blood loss during surgery about 20~40ml,incontinence disappeared in 22 cases after catheter removal 2 days after surgery,one case of increased abdominal pressure when the occasional overflow of urine,no recurrences in the follow-ups.Conclusion TVT-O treatment of SUI is simple and safe operation,with fewer trauma or complications,and is an effective ideal way.
