摘要
通过解读"打工经济"的经济、文化及社会效应,发现其效应是多元的、非兼容的、正反面并存的,从而提出现阶段应该树立农民"和谐增收"的理念,这一理念既要体现和谐的基本内涵,又要使农民增收的策略具有可持续性,同时还要关注增收策略的综合效应。为此,要致力打造农业自身的发展能力和比较优势,要努力开创新型的非农收入格局,要尽力改进农村生活的模式。
This paper makes an interpretation on the economic,cultural and social effect of the engagement economy,which is polynary,noncompatible,and dual,and puts forward the idea of increasing farmers＇ revenue in harmonious ways.This idea focuses on the harmony as well as the sustainability and the synthetic effect of the strategy of revenue increase for farmers,and the paper wants to bring out a good suggestion to develop the ability of agriculture and its comparative advantage.Meanwhile,the mode of agriculture and rural life should be improved and new non-agricultural methods should be created to increase farmers＇ revenue.
