摘要
本文主要分析和测量常用连接器的反射损耗特性．通过对光纤垂直端面的光反射测定，研究了抛光断面上的高折射率层和折射率匹配材料特性．理论分析这些连接器的反射损耗与温度的关系特性，给出了垂直端面上的高折射率层的折射率和厚度计算与测量方法．实验结果与理论分析相吻合，
In this paper, the return loss characteristics for tow typical contact type connectors of optical fiber are described, and mathematical models for fiber-optical connectors is presented. The index matching material and the high index layer on the polished fiber endface are inverstigated. The method and caculations formal for the refractive index and thickness of high index layers on perpendicular fiber endfaces are given. The results by experiment agree with caculations.
