摘要
目的:建立一种直接进样毛细管气相色谱法测定花露水中甲醇含量的方法。方法:进样1μl,用氢火焰离子化检测器测定,并进行相应的方法学验证。结果:甲醇在0.04 mg/ml~1.58 mg/ml范围内呈现良好的线性关系,γ=1.0000,最低检出限为4μg/ml,平均回收率为99.84%,RSD为2.33%(n=9)。结论:该法简便、快速、灵敏、结果准确可靠,可用于花露水中甲醇的含量测定。
Objective:To develop a new capillary GC method for determination of methanol in floral water.Methods: The chromatogram of test solution was recorded with FID,the injection volume was 1 μl,and the new method was validated.Results: The linear responses range were from 0.04 mg/ml~1.58 mg/ml for methanol(γ=0.9997).The limit of detection was 4 μg/ml.The average recovery of methanol was 99.84% with RSD 2.33%(n=9).Conclusion: The method was proved to be simple,rapid,sensitive and reliable and it could be used for determination of methanol in floral water.
