摘要
目的:调查不同人群正常结膜囊带菌情况及其对常用抗生素的敏感情况。方法:对未使用任何滴眼液和抗生素的200名受调查者,常规眼科检查排除泪囊、眼表、前节疾病后,进行结膜囊细菌培养和药物敏感试验。结果:在全部受调查者中,细菌培养阳性率为43.00%,共培养出15个菌种103个菌株;葡萄球菌最多,共51株(占49.51%),其中表皮葡萄球菌47株(45.63%),金黄色葡萄球菌2株(1.94%);类白喉杆菌次之,共40株(38.83%)。>55岁人群结膜囊带菌率明显高于≤55岁人群,农村人群高于城市人群,均差异显著(P<0.05)。药物敏感试验显示大部分菌株对目前常用抗生素耐药。结论:正常结膜囊可以带有细菌。内眼手术前应选用敏感抗生素以预防术后感染的发生。
Objective： To investigate the positive rate of bacterial culture of normal conjunctival sac and the sensitivity to commonly used antibiotics among different kinds of people. Methods： Samples were collected and separated from conjunctival sac of 200 normal eyes of 200 subjects and they accepted no eye drops or antibiotic treatment. Regular eye examinations were performed to exclude the lacrimal sac inflammation, ocular surface diseases and anterior segment eyes diseases. The samples were cultured and their sensibilities to antibiotics were tested. Results： Bacterial positive rate was 43.00% in 200 eyes. There were 103 strains of bacteria belonging to 15 species. The most prominent bacterium was staphylococcus （51 strains, 49.51% ）, in which there were 47 strains of staphylococcus epidermis（45.63% ） and 2 strains of staphylococcus aureas （ 1.94% ）. The next was corgebacterium （40 strains, 38.83% ）. The elder person（ more than 55 years old ） showed a significant higher bacterial positive rate （P 〈0.05）. And the people from city had a significant lower bacterial positive rate than those from contryside（P 〈 0.05）. Most of the bacteria were not sensitive to commonly used antibiotic drugs. Conclusion： Bacteria may be exist in normal conjunctival sac. Using susceptible antibiotic drugs before eye surgery is suggested to take precautions against the infection.
