摘要
对青藤碱的制剂与药代动力学研究概况作一介绍,其中青藤碱的制剂包括缓控释制剂、透皮吸收制剂等;药代动力学研究则从方法学、体内过程及不同剂型等方面进行论述,并对其存在的问题及发展方向进行总结和展望。
This article reviews the sinomenine preparation and its pharmaceutics,including sustained-release preparations,controlled-release preparations and transdermal drug delivery systems,and so on.Also,this article expounds the pharmacokinetics of sinomenine from the perspectives of methodology,physiological disposition and dosage forms etc,as well as the existing problems and the developmental direction.
