金属粉末流动温压横向压力测力装置的研究

摘要 介绍金属粉末流动温压成型技术的研究动态和技术特点,设计并研制了一套可测量不同横向位置上横向压力变化情况的流动温压横向压力测力装置。运用该装置对金属粉末流动温压成型过程进行实验研究,得到了流动温压中侧压系数随轴向压力变化的规律,成型了十字型零件。 Briefly introduced the development and the characteristics of Warm Flow Compaction(WFC),design and developed atransverse stress measuring apparatus to measure the variational stress of vary horizontal position.By means of the utilization of this apparatus,the experimental investigation had been carried out,regulations of coefficient of horizontal pressure depend on varying axial compressive force had been acquainted and shaped a cross PM part.
