摘要
企业在复杂、动态变化环境中的发展表现为企业的演化,而惯例在企业演化中起着举重若轻的作用。从惯例角度研究企业演化,构建企业演化模型,论述企业惯例结构以及惯例研究方法,提出以事件概率因子来表现和量化惯例;为了挖掘企业发展的微观机制和运行机理,以生产运作子系统为实例进行具体分析,对生产运作子系统惯例组成以及各种事件概率做出较详细的分析,为进一步通过仿真方法分析相应的宏观表现,评测和控制企业的演化行为打下基础。
The growth of the enterprise in the complex and variable environment is evolutionary process,and the enterprise routines are the key factors that promote the evolution;from the views of enterprise routines,the evolution model is established,the structure of enterprise routines is presented;to represent and quantitative the routines,the event probability is put forward;to excavate operational mechanism of the enterprise development from the micro level,routines and key event probability in the production operation system are analyzed in detail as a specific example.The study will lay a foundation for simulation to reveal macroeconomic performance and evaluate and control enterprise evolution behavior.
