摘要
目的介绍自制Ｌ形钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的疗效。方法应用自制Ｌ形钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折１６例，对其临床资料及Ｌ形钢板的结构特点进行分析。结果随访１２～３２个月，功能恢复按肩关节功能评定标准皆达优。结论该Ｌ形钢板适用于各种类型的肱骨外科颈骨折，固定坚实，操作方便，简单易行，便于推广。
Objective To introduce a
selfdesigned Lshape plate and its effect on treating surgical neck fracture of the
humerus. Methods 16 cases were treated with the Lshape plate,and the clinical data and
structural features of the plate were analyzed. Results 16 cases were followed up for 1232
months, and it was found that the function was restored satisfactorily based on the standard of
evaluation. Conclusion The plate can be applied to treat all kinds of the surgical neck fractures
of the humerus with the merits of reliable fixation, convenient operation, simple
performance and easily popularizing.
