摘要
混凝土的和易性对混凝土工程施工质量起着关键的作用。该文从水泥用量与稠度、砂率、组成材料性质、拌合物拌和、运送、搁置时间及环境温度等多个方面对影响混凝土和易性的影响因素进行分析,提出了保证混凝土和易性的管理措施,强调必须按照规范、严格按照经监理工程师批准的混凝土设计配合比施工,才能保证混凝土的和易性及工程的施工质量。
The workability of concrete plays an important part in the construction quality of concrete.Here,through the following aspects such as the cement consumption and consistency,sand ratio,the properties of composition materials,mixing materials,transport,holding time,ambient temperature and so on,the influencing factors on the workability of concrete are analyzed,and the management measures are proposed to ensure the workability of concrete.In concrete construction,the workers must comply with norms and the concrete mix proportion determined by supervising engineer to ensure the workability of concrete and engineering quality.
