摘要
碾压混凝土基层在国内应用较少,尚未形成完善的施工工艺。基于大量室内试验和广梧高速公路的实际应用探讨了碾压混凝土基层组成材料对其性能的影响,提出了材料控制指标;介绍了碾压混凝土配合比综合设计方法,提出了配合比设计指标。实践表明,设计的碾压混凝土混合料能够满足施工要求,且可有效地节约施工费用。
Application of RCC base course is still less in China and have not formed a perfect construction techniques. Through a large number of laboratory tests and practical application in project of Guangzhou - Wuzhou Expressway, the paper discussed the composition of materials for its influence on the performance of RCC and proposed material control indicators. Elaborated the integrated design method of mixing ratio of, proposed the indicators of mixing ratio design. Practice shows that the RCC mix can to meet construction requirements, and can to saving construction cost effectively.
