摘要
目的对斯康杜尼在活髓牙牙体预备中的麻醉效果进行临床评价。方法选择120例活髓牙进行金属烤瓷全冠修复的病人,随机分为两组,一组采用斯康杜尼进行浸润麻醉,另一组采用2%利多卡因为对照组。结果采用斯康杜尼与利多卡因进行局部浸润麻醉,临床麻醉镇痛有效率分别为97.32%和72.12%,两组间麻醉效果比较有显著差异性P﹤0.05。结论斯康杜尼作为一种新型的口腔专用麻醉,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the anesthetic effect and influence using Scandonest in teeth preparation of vital teeth.Methods 120 patients with vital were restored by PFM,divided into Scandonest group and 2% Lidocaine group randomly.Results Using Scandonest andLidocaine in local infiltration anesthesic,the analgesic effective rates of the two groups were 97.32% and 72.12%.The two groups show significant difference in statiscs（P﹤0.05）.Conclusions It is effective and safety using Scandonest in the local infiltration anesthetia,which can be applied to dentistry.
