摘要
为了提高转管自动炮击发机构的击发可靠性,利用结构拓扑形状的Booleans运算,实现了复杂结构件的局部参数化仿真。采用ADAMS的Part模块建立辅助结构,并与自动机击发机构的结构件进行Booleans运算,生成新的结构模型,通过改变辅助结构的设计参数就可以改变结构的局部形状,实现结构的局部参数化。分析了击发过程中击针突出量、弹簧力对击发可靠性的影响,完成了击发机构的参数匹配设计,结果表明,采用参数化分析结果匹配设计的击发机构,各运动件运动相协调,具有较高的击发可靠性。
In order to improve the reliability of firing mechanism in Gatling automatic gun,local parameterized simulation of complex-shape structure was realized by use of topology shape Booleans operation.Based on ADAMS software to set up associated construction,parametric driven multiple-rigid-body dynamic simulation model of firing mechanism in Gatling automatic gun was established,and the effect of pin length and spring strength on firing reliability were analyzed.The matching design parameters of firing mechanism were acquired.The experiment results showed that based on parametric matching design,the movement of parts of firing mechanism were in consistence and the firing mechanism have higher reliability.
