摘要
70%低地板轻轨车是国内城市轨道交通采用的新型车辆,其技术参数、结构与地铁车辆有很大不同。以近期完成的长春轻轨南三环车辆段停车列检库工艺设计为例,介绍了停车列检库的检查坑、库长计算,顶层作业平台设置,安全设施的设计等。70%低地板轻轨车辆停车列检库工艺设计应结合车辆自身特点,并吸取地铁停车列检库、动车组检查库设计中的先进技术,使设计既满足功能要求又美观实用,技术先进并节省投资。
70% low-floor light rail vehicles are newly adopted in urban rail transit in China,its technical parameters and structure are very different from the subway vehicles.In this paper,an example of the technological design of Changchun Light Rail garage for train parking and inspection,which is recently completed,is taken,the inspection pits,the garage length calculation,the working platform for top works of train and the design of safety facilities are introduced.Considering the characteristics of 70% low-flow light rail vehicles,the advanced technology of subway garage for train parking and inspection,this paper further discusses the design of electric multiple units(EMUs).
