APPLICATION OF VITEK2COMPACT AUTOMATIC MICROBIAL ANALYSIS SYSTEM AND ITS IDENTIFICATION RESULTS ANALYSIS

摘要 [目的]探讨VITEK2Compact全自动微生物分析系统对无锡市常见12种食源性致病微生物金黄色葡萄球菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌、变形杆菌、副溶血性弧菌、O139群霍乱弧菌、沙门菌、肠出血性大肠埃希菌(EHEC)O157︰H7、志贺菌、溶血性链球菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、空肠弯曲菌、小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌鉴定的准确性。[方法]按照VITEK2Compact全自动微生物分析系统仪器说明书中的标准操作流程进行。选择法国生物梅里埃API系统、常规法作为参照,同时与PCR快速检测方法进行比对,以验证PCR快速检测方法的符合性。[结果]从本试验结果来看VITEK2Compact全自动微生物分析系统仪对无锡市常见12种食源性致病微生物的鉴定结果与API鉴定系统鉴定结果的总体符合率为99.6%(223/224),PCR快速检测方法结果与API鉴定系统鉴定结果的总体符合率为97.3%(218/224)。[结论]VITEK2Compact全自动微生物分析系统仪对无锡市常见11种食源性致病微生物鉴定的准确性极好,但对革兰阳性链球菌的鉴定还应结合细菌的其他生物学特性综合评定。 [Objective] To investigate the application of VITEK2Compact automatic microbial analysis system on the identification accuracy for the common 12 kinds of foodborne pathogenic micro-organisms,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus cereus,Proteus,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,O139 Vibrio cholerae,Salmonella,intestinal bleedingEscherichia coli(EHEC) O157︰H7,Shigella,hemolytic streptococcus,Listeria monocytogenes,Campylobacter jejuni,Yersinia enterocolitica in Wuxi.[Methods] We used microbial analysis system in accordance with VITEK2Compact automatic instruments manual of standard operating processes.We selected the France bioMérieux API systems and conventional method as a reference,while the results were compared with the PCR rapid test to validate the PCR rapid test compliance.[Results] The results from this test showed that the coincidence rate of identification results of VITEK2Compact automatic microbial analysis system instrument on the 12 kinds of Wuxi common food-borne pathogenic microorganisms in line with identification results of API identification systems was 99.6%(223/224),the coincidence rate of the results of PCR Rapid Detection results with the results of API identification systems was 97.3%(218/224).[Conclusion] The accuracy of VITEK2Compact automatic microbial analysis system instrument on the 11 kinds of food-borne pathogenic micro-organisms showed excellent accuracy,but it should be combined with other biological characteristics for identifying Gram-positive bacteria Streptococcus.
