摘要
以L-脯氨酸为原料合成标题化合物,依次经过N-烷基化、酰胺化、NaBH4/TiCl4还原3步,通过其总产率可达到74.4%。该方法收率高且成本低,未见其他文献报道。
The title compound was synthesized using L-proline as the starting material through N-alkylation,amidation,and reduction by NaBH4/TiCl4.The product yield was 74.4%.This method,which features high yield and low cost,has not been reported yet in the literature.
