摘要
介绍中国高层建筑防火设计规范的制、修订历程,分析中国高层建筑防火规范及相关消防监督管理法规的特点,剖析改革开放以来的3起典型高层建筑火灾,介绍中国政府和消防部门为提高高层建筑消防安全水平采取的措施。
The origin and edition of Code for fire protection design of high-rise building,the characters of China high-rise fire code and Fire Act. Three major high-rise building fires and the fire prevention and fire protection measures taken by government and authorities are introduced.
