摘要
针对近两年来，有关部门推广三级钢筋的呼声比较高的情况，结合本次钢筋标准修订主要变化情况，简要探讨两大方面问题：一是三级钢筋目前生产的可能性；二是新标准在实施中应该注意的问题。
In view of the recent two years'active popularization for 3 grade steel bars by the certain department and the revision of the steel bars standard, discuss two problems, one is the possibility of present steel bars production, the other is the problems exsiting in the process of carring out the standards.
