摘要
目的小梁切除术的长期效果主要是依赖滤过作用。术后大多数并发症是由于浅前房所致。现研究能使小梁切除术保持长期效果的缝合方法。方法小梁切除术巩膜瓣暂时可调缝线用于25例患者。分析了术后情况，观察了术后前房深度和滤过泡清况。结果巩膜瓣可调缝线可减少术后浅前房的发生，滤过泡形成良好。结论小梁切除术巩膜瓣可调整缝线有明显的优点。
