该文介绍秦淮河流域河道整治工程,以水安全为主线、认真盘活水资源、提升水环境,努力实践人水和谐的治水理念,从市区河道、城区河道、乡村河道治理不同角度进行了探讨。
The article introduces Qinghuai River Drainage Area Treatment Project.Taking the water as the masterstroke,the article discusses the earnest revitalization of water resource,the advancement of the water environment,and the striving on the practice of the water treatment idea of man-water harmony from the different angles of treating the city rivers,area rivers and countryside rivers.
