摘要
提高成品率是LTCC生产线上的一个重要环节,通过实验,对生产过程中某些关键工艺的突出问题,即:不合格品的补救工艺和改进措施,通过半成品的人工补救进而提高产品成品率。
Rising the ratio of the LTCC finished product is very important in the product line.This paper introduced the stand out problems which often appear in experiment and product line,provided some technics for remedy and measurements for improve on the rejects.Remediation of the rejects is taken manually in order to improve the finished product ratio.
