摘要
研究了不同种类的玻纤增强国产聚苯醚/高抗冲聚苯乙烯(PPE/HIPS)合金力学性能的影响,观察了增强材料冲击断面的微观形貌。结果发现,采用PPE专用玻纤增强PPE/HIPS合金的界面结合良好,力学性能明显提高,产品性能达到国外同类材料的水平。
The effects of various glass fibers on the mechanical properties of polyphenylene ether/high impact polystyrene（PPE/HIPS）alloy were investigated.The morphology of the impact fracture of the materials was observed.Results showed that the PPE/HIPS alloy reinforced with the special glass fiber PPE had good bonding in interface,and the mechanical property of the products were improved significantly,which had reached the comparative level of the imported material.
