摘要
高等职业院校是以培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高素质技能型人才,职业性、技术性、应用性特点决定了其培养的学生必须与企业文化接触与碰撞,才能使学生不仅具有一定的理论知识,过硬的专业技能,而且要具备较强的职业素质和较好的沟通能力。高职院校通过"校企融合",构建高职时代特色的校园文化,从培养目标、课程体系到学生的专业素质、行为规范等,全方位要满足企业的要求,高职院校也只有将企业文化与校园文化相融合,才能办出自己的特色,才能适应社会的需求。
The objects of higher vocational education are to turn out highly qualified versatile versatile trained personal who will face the first line of production,construction,service and administration.The features which are occupational,technical and applicable decided that the students must contact with corporateculture. The students must have not only a certain theoretical knowledge and good professional skill,but also excellent occupational quality and communicative competence. Vocational colleges through ＂school-enterprise integration＂,build vocational characteristics of the times of the campus culture,from the training objectives,curriculum system,the students of professional quality,behaviour norms,all-round to meet the requirements of enterprises,vocational schools,only the enterprise culture and campus culture merge together,in order to do its own characteristics,in order to meet the needs of society.
