摘要
通过相变诱导塑性(transformation induced plasticity,TRIP)效应使钢板中残余奥氏体在塑性变形作用下发生马氏体相变,TRIP钢以其高强度、优异的成形性能成为近年来汽车用钢研究的热点。概述了相变诱导塑性(TRIP)钢的理论研究现状,讨论了其化学成分、微观组织形态、残余奥氏体含量等因素对材料性能的影响。介绍了国内外TRIP钢工业应用情况,并对TRIP钢的发展趋势做了展望。
Transformation induced plasticity (TRIP) effect causes the occurrence of martensitic transformation in retained austenite during plastic deformation,TRIP steel with both high strength and excellent shaping ability has been one of the hot issues in current automobile steel research. The research development of TRIP steel is briefly discussed in this paper,elaborating the effects of the composition and microstructure,size and volume fraction of retained austenite on the strength and ductility of the steel. The industrial application and trends of development of the TRIP steel at home and abroad are also discussed.
