摘要
文章从明确电子文件的法律地位、电子文件的立法路径、立法形式和立法中应注意的问题四方面对电子文件立法进行了探讨,并提出了推进我国电子文件立法的若干建议。
The article analyzes the legislation of electronic records from as follows： confirm the legal status of electronic records,the train of thoughts and the forms of legislation of electronic records,what is-sues should pay attention to in terms of legislation.It also proposes some recommendations to promote the legislation of electronic records.
