摘要
我国部分农产品价格未能走出暴涨暴跌的怪圈,农产品价格的大幅波动,不确定性在显著增强,其影响因素日趋复杂化。稳定农产品价格,促进农民增收,探求造成农产品价格暴涨暴跌的深层次原因和实施对策,对于促进我国农业农村经济持续健康发展,增强经济拉动力,加快全面建设小康社会进程具有非常重要的现实意义。
Some agricultural prices fluctuate drastically.Uncertainty is becoming more and more obvious and the factors resulting in this are becoming increasingly complicated.To stablize agricultural products prices and increase the income of farmers,we need to explore the deep causes for the drastic flucuation of agricultural price and find the countermeasures.It will make sense to promote the sustainable and healthy developmnet of our rurual agricultural economy,boost economy and speed up the construction of a well-off society.
