摘要
介绍了电除尘器节能的基本原理及一种新型电除尘器节能优化控制系统,以及该节能技术在电厂的应用实例。
The paper introduces the basic principle of energy saving for electrical precipitator and one new control system with energy saving for electrical precipitator as well as the application example of energy saving technology in power plant.

郑国强（1966-），男，福建龙净环保股份有限公司电控事业部副部长、电控设计院院长，1987年毕业于湖南大学，高级工程师，硕士学位，主要从事电除尘管理控制系统及节能优化控制的研究、开发与应用等工作。
