摘要
针对绍兴市小舜江泵站3号泵机组停机过程中异常振动现象,引入计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)技术分析对其小流量工况非定常流动。结果显示,小流量工况下机组振动频率比较多样,水力因素引发振动占主导因素,这与现场情况基本相符合,为后续小舜江泵站3号机组振动机理分析指明了方向,同时将基于CFD数值模拟的水泵内部流场分析引入到泵机组振动分析领域,为水泵机组振动故障分析提供了一种新的辅助分析方法。
The third unit of Xiaoshunjiang Pumping Station has abnormal vibration during shutdown. The Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) was introduced to analyze the flow field in pump. The results show that the vibration frequency under the conditions of lower flow is rich and the hydraulic factor is dominant. The numerical simulation is basically consistent with the actual situations. The CFD technology is a useful assistant method for pump vibration analysis.
