摘要
目的:观察来氟米特联合甲氨蝶呤治疗难治性类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组予甲氨蝶呤12.5 mg,每周1次口服;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服来氟米特,10 mg/次,1次/d。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后症状、体征、红细胞沉降率、类风湿因子的变化。结果:治疗组治疗后与治疗前及对照组治疗后各项指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:来氟米特联合甲氨蝶呤治疗难治性类风湿关节炎疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Laifumite combined with Methotroxate in treating refractory rheumatoid arthritis.Methods： 60 patients were divided into two groups ramdomly.The control group was given Methotroxate 12.5 mg orally once a week.The treatment group was given Laifumite 10 mg orally once a day.The symptoms,physical signs,rheumatoid factor were observed before and after the treatment.Results： The parameters before and after treatment showed the significant difference both in treatment and control groups（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion： An remarkable effect is got when using Laifumite combined with Methotroxate to treat refratory rheumatoid arthritis.
