唑来膦酸治疗颅内血管外皮细胞瘤术后骨转移1例报告

Zoledronate in treatment of postoperative bone metastasis of intracranial hemangiopericytoma:a case report

摘要 1临床资料患者男，54岁，入院前7年余因头痛伴呕吐行头颅CT示左小脑占位（单发），即于2002年5月9日在上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院行左小脑占位切除术，术后病理示：左侧天幕脑膜瘤。2006年11月，患者出现头颅右顶部胀痛，头颅CT示右脑占位，即于2006年11月6日在仁济医院行脑肿瘤切除术，术后病理示：右脑血管外皮瘤，未行放化疗。
