水牛营养研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 广西属亚热带气候,饲料资源丰富,适宜饲养水牛,是我国饲养水牛大省(区)之一,但我国对水牛饲料与营养研究起步较晚,明显落后于其它畜种,目前为止尚未有水牛的饲养标准。目前我国对开发利用丰富的水牛资源十分重视,认识到水牛在南方农村经济中的重要地位。2005年,农业部首次把水牛作为奶畜纳入《全国奶业“十一五”发展规划和2015年远景目标规划》,即将把水牛奶业开发覆盖到南方各省,作为加快我国南方农业和农村产业结构战略性调整步伐、
