摘要
目的观察醒脑静注射液联合纳洛酮治疗中枢性眩晕的临床疗效。方法 168例病例随机分为三组,第一对照组采用醒脑静注射液治疗,第二对照组采用纳洛酮注射液治疗,第三为治疗组,采用醒脑静和纳洛酮联合治疗。结果第一组总有效率为86.27%,第二组为87.75%,第三治疗组为95.58%。治疗组总有效率明显高于两对照组,起效时间则短于两对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液联合纳洛酮治疗中枢性眩晕疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of xingnaojing iunjection combined with naloxone in treatment of central vertigo.Methods 168 patients with central vertigo were divided into three groups：control 1 group received xingnaojing injection and control 2 group received aloxone and therapeutic group received xingnaojing iunjection combined with naloxoneResults The total effective rate was 86.27% in the first group and 87.75% in 2nd group and 95.58% in therapeutic group.There was a a statistical difference（P0.05） between the three groups.Conclusion Xingnaojing iunjection combined with naloxone can improve the effect in treatment of central vertigo.
