摘要
由于大斜度井和水平井井眼轨迹的特殊性,分层酸化时,常规底部开关投球时不能完全到位,造成球座密封不严。针对这一问题,研究设计了一种管底单向开关,在应用中不受井斜角的限制,利用液压实现正向关闭和反向开启功能。在管柱下井过程中处于一级关闭状态,可避免封隔器中途误坐封。管柱到达设计位置后,在正向液压作用下密封方式发生变化,处于二级关闭状态,保证酸化施工顺利完成。反洗井时处于开启状态,使反洗井顺利进行。截止到2009年12月在河南油田现场应用7口井,工艺成功率及有效率均为100%。
Due to the special character of the highly deviated well and horizontal well holes,when formations are acidified,the drop could not come to the right position of the normal down-hole switch,and leads to drop seat seal failure.For this issue,a down-hole single way switch is designed.Its application is not limited by well deviation angle.Forward direction and reverse direction opening are operated hydraulically.The switch is in first level close condition while the pipe string is being laid down to avoid packer's being operated accidentally.When pipe string reaches the designed position,the switch is in second level close condition under the hydraulic work to ensure the completion of acidification.The switch is in open status while well reverse-washing operation is being conducted to ensure operation's going on smoothly.By December of 2009,it has been applied on 7 wells.Both success ratio and efficiency ratio are 100%.
