摘要
[目的]探究杜若种子发芽条件。[方法]考察低温积层处理、温水浸种、机械损伤种皮、化学药剂处理对杜若种子发芽率的影响。[结果]低温积层处理种子平均发芽率为42.44%;温水浸种处理种子平均发芽率为93.06%;经过机械损伤种皮的发芽率均为0。在浓度为0.04g/L的1-萘乙酸溶液中浸种24h,发芽率为95.25%;在浓度为0.5%的钼酸铵溶液中浸种24h,发芽率为94.00%。[结论]温水浸种和化学药剂处理能有效提高杜若种子发芽率。
[Objective] The condition of Pollia japonica seed germination was experimented.[Method] The effect of the treatment:presoaking in tepid water(I),presoaking in warm water(II),seed skin mechanically broken(III)and chemical agent(IV),on the germination rate of Pollia japonica seed was tested.[Result] The germination rate of Pollia japonica seed was averagely 42.44% in the Treatment I;93.06% in the Treatment II;93.06% in the Treatment III and 0% in the Treatment IV.The germination rate of Pollia japonica seed was 95.25% while it was soaked in the NAA solution with the concentration of 0.04 mg/L for 24 hours and the germination rate of Pollia japonica seed was 94.0% while it was soaked in the ammonium molybdate solution with the concentration of 0.5 mg/L for 24 hours.[Conclusion] The germination percentage of Pollia japonica seed could be obviously improved in the Treatment II or Treatment IV.
