摘要
本研究应用神经细胞微电极记录方法和脑立体定位技术，通过对实验性肥胖大鼠下丘脑腹内侧核（ＶＭＨ）饱食中枢电活动的观察，结果提示：针刺能够增加ＶＭＨ的兴奋，抑制食欲，减少能量摄入，达到减肥效应，说明针刺对实验性肥胖大鼠中枢神经核团的调整作用是减肥的中枢机制之一。
In this experiment, the electric activity of satiety center of hypothalamus was observed by the method of microelectrode record. The result shows that one of central mechanisms of acupuncture treatment of obesity may be its reinforcing effect on excitation of satiety center and improving the energy metabolism.
