摘要
目的:了解南宁市青少年对艾滋病知识的认识、态度及其行为情况,以确定青少年人群艾滋病知识水平及其影响因素,为今后在青少年人群中采取针对性的艾滋病知识宣传策略提供依据。方法:采用随机抽样方法,在南宁市15-24岁青少年人群中选取1200名进行问卷调查,调查其艾滋病相关知识、态度及行为,并且进行横向综合分析。结果:青少年对艾滋病相关基本知识都较为了解,并且对艾滋病的态度都较为积极,但是对艾滋病采取的防护行为则普遍较低。结论:应大力加强对青少年艾滋病知识的宣传,对不同文化程度、性别和不同地区采取不同的方式进行艾滋病防治知识的健康教育,大力强调安全套的使用,降低青少年人群感染艾滋病的风险。
Objective：Through understanding Nanning teenagers＇AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior,to determine AIDS knowledge level of teenages and its influencing factors,to provide the basis for the future HIV/AIDS knowledge propaganda strategy in the teenagers.Methods：Using sampling methods,1,200 teenages of 15 to 24 year-old in Nanning city were randomized to give questionnaire survey,their AIDS-related knowledge,attitude and behavior were analyzed transversely and comprehensively.Results：Teenages understand AIDS-related knowledge and have a relatively positive attitude towards HIV/AIDS,but take generally low preventive actions.Conclusion：The government should strengthen the propaganda of AIDS knowledge towards teenagers,take different ways to have AIDS prevention and health education according to different culture,gender and different regions,emphasize the use of condoms in teenagers to reduce the risk of HIV infection.
